We liked staying there on Saturday night 19 September 2015. Its staff was ACCOMMODATING, they offered us well priced and excellent breakfast with the beer.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The simple décor of the hotel's general areas created a calm and comfortable atmosphere, which I found very pleasing. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, making it easy for me to navigate around the premises and explore the nearby attractions.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and courteous. As a senior woman, I appreciate when the staff takes the time to assist and make me feel welcome.

truth is that I was totally surprised, I had read the comments and was a little worried, it is true that the common areas are a little old but the apartment is quite large, with a separate room from the kitchen, is quite complete and also the bathroom and bedroom. there is a bathtub in the bathroom and sink is separate from the rest of the bathroom. there are small details that I like as the lights inside the closet, amenities, great mental of the room, mattress is very comfortable, there is enough silence and of course they admit dogs and location. apart on the floor of the pool there are incredible views.

perhaps one more cleaning film and some details that make it look not so bright, like the bathtub a little old, the legs of the table chairs ... in short, small details that can be improved but generally great

The breakfast is at 9.15AM, its service is good! Early check-in.

The hotel had a charming traditional style, with comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxation. The decor was simple yet elegant, creating a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available throughout the property, making it easy to navigate.

The only thing I would ask for is more assistance from the staff for senior guests. While the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated some additional support, such as help with luggage or guiding me to the nearest attractions.

the carpets need cleaning and an improvment in housekeeping in general, not the best. Need security boxes in the rooms, as no safe deposit boxes available.

this is the second time I go because it really is great, is very large compared to other similar sites, all separate, the kitchen of the living room and bedroom ... the bathroom is very large, with its bathtub and its amenities. the room with many closets with light included, a large bed and large windows, this time we had the room on the 13th floor and we had a great view. the kitchen is small but great with dishwasher and all kinds of utensils ... and the living room with its dining table, its low table .. in short everything very complete. the heating works wonderfully, dogs are admitted without problems, with the detail in the doors of a small sign that you can leave outside .. a green dog if the room is free of dogs or red if the dog is in the room. the staff is super friendly, today we asked them if we could check out a little later and they left us without problems. the location is great, in short my next stay in Madrid will be there without doubt

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Pierre & Vacances. The ample closet and drawer space made it easy to keep our belongings organized. The breakfast included in the rate was typical of Spain, with a variety of options including bread, meats, cheeses, cereal, yogurt. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and attractions in Madrid. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

They had great breakfasts and people willing to answer your questions.

One time our room was cleaned the maid smoked - in our non-smoking room.

Our room was incredible. Spacious, clean, well-equipped, and beautiful views of the city from the 15th floor.

It was disappointing that for the type of hotel and the price we paid that Internet access was an additional 12 euros when the comparable hotel in Paris charged 2 and in US hotels its free.

The room was big and spacious, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, quick access to supermarkets, Santiago Bernabeu, and metro line.

Nothing negative to say.

The accommodation was modern located just off great restuarants, the metro the bus route drug stores, markets and and Santiago stadium, that's what I was expecting. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive people, I had a brilliant stay on Saturday night 19 September 2015. Location was perfect, at a short distance from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Also, it was based in the restaurant on a couple of occassions...

Situé dans un cadre magnifique au milieu de la forêt, cet hôtel offre une escapade paisible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, avec une vue sur le golf et les étangs. La salle de bain est impeccable et moderne. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable, prêt à répondre à tous les besoins des clients. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec une variété de choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts.

Certains aménagements doivent être améliorés pour offrir une expérience encore meilleure.

As we were going to the football the hotel was excellent.

Had a good stay in business trip. The apartment was new-fashioned complete with double beds as well as separate bedroom. There was an excellent pool and views over the skyline. The location was good, next to Nuevo Ministerios business district, the football stadium and stores and restaurants. Plus it was located close to 2 different metro lines.
